Construction set to begin on Harrogate ventilation specialist headquarters
A Yorkshire ventilation systems manufacturer has announced that work is set to begin on the construction of its new headquarters this month.
EnviroVent, based in Harrogate, has confirmed that its new premises, on Burley Bank Road, will be built by Skipton construction company Sutcliffe Construction.
Sutcliffe Construction, which has been appointed to the project by developer Teakwood Development, is expected to start work on the 65,000 sq ft premises in May, bringing together EnviroVent’s manufacturing facility, warehousing, head office and training suite into one purpose-built headquarters.
The building will be the first phase of the new Harrogate West Business Park.
Andy Makin, managing director of EnviroVent, commented: “Being based on one site with much larger facilities will bring many efficiency benefits for our staff and customers.
“We are really excited about what the new premises will mean for us in terms of our expansion plans in the future.”
James Sutcliffe, Sutcliffe Construction’s managing director, said: “We’re delighted to have been awarded this project and to be working with Teakwood and EnviroVent.
“It’s an exciting project that fits perfectly with our skills and experience.”
