North East serviced apartment provider recognised in prestigious industry awards shortlist

Two employees from Newcastle based Week2Week Serviced Apartments have been recognised in the highly anticipated Serviced Apartment 2021 awards.
Director, Claire Parry has been shortlisted in the Industry Inspiration category and Duty Manager, Sarah Buck in the Rising Star category.

The awards, regularly described as the ‘Oscars of the industry’ were created for and by the serviced apartment, aparthotel, extended stay and short-term rental industry. The nominations for Claire and Sarah have been made even more impactful due to the high quality and international nature of the shortlisted entrants including representatives from some of the biggest global hospitality and hotel groups in the world.

The recognition comes hot on the heels of further recent success where the company was also shortlisted in the Relocate Awards, being named in the Best Serviced Apartment Provider category with the finals being held in June.

Week2Week, which is a family run business, offers accommodation in prime locations not only throughout the North East but also across the globe. They pride themselves on providing world-class customer service and incorporate their family values of quality, integrity and comfort, ensuring their guests have a home from home experience during their stays.

The hospitality sector, like many during the last year, has faced a challenging time, however, due to the diversity of their client base which includes many contract and essential workers and the dedication of their team, they have continued to grow throughout the period.

Rising Star nominee and Duty Manager at the business, Sarah Buck, said, “I was totally overwhelmed at being shortlisted, it is such an honour to be named amongst such great names within our industry, such a rewarding part of my job is ensuring our guests are happy and feel like our apartments are a home from home, being shortlisted in the award recognises not only our recent success but also our plans for future growth and I’m so pleased to be a part of this with Claire and the whole team.”
