New 'arcade bar' levels up with summer launch at £2.5m Elephant Park site

London’s first ‘arcade bar’ brand has announced that it will be opening a new branch at a multi-million pound development this summer.

Lendlease, a multinational property company, has signed Four Quarters for the latest phase of the £2.5m Elephant Park regeneration project.

The brand will be taking a 3,268 sq ft space on Ash Avenue and is set to launch in August, featuring a collection of more than 30 arcade games.

Four Quarters, which launched in Peckham in 2014, will also include a bar and kitchen at the new branch.

Guy Thomas, head of place assets at Lendlease, commented: “Elephant Park is coming together as a complete, community-led destination – we are aiming to create a place where new and existing residents of Elephant & Castle will find something to enjoy.

“Four Quarters know the south London audience well and will pick up on the growing demand for competitive socialising concepts, whilst tapping into the sense of nostalgia that appeals to all generations.”
