Trafford’s Right at Home awarded 5* Employer Award for 2nd year

Right at Home South Trafford has been recognised as a 5 star Employer for a second consecutive year.

The homecare provider has been given the accolade as the result of an annual anonymised CareGiver satisfaction survey, run by independent researcher, WorkBuzz. The survey revealed that 100% of the company’s employees rate their training as good or excellent and agree that it’s clear what is expected of them in their role.

Right at Home South Trafford is rated ‘Good’ in all key areas by the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator for health and social care, and offers high-quality care services to people in the comfort of their own home across Altrincham, Sale, Urmston and surrounding areas. It was formed seven years ago and is managed by Mark Beeby, who oversees a team of more than 30. Services provided by Right at Home include companionship, personal care, respite care and dementia care.

Mark says: “We have a family of excellent Caregivers: the reviews from family members who have hired us speak for themselves. Our clients deserve the highest level of quality care, and we will only employ those who are absolutely committed to delivering it - and as an organisation we are committed to supporting the team, creating a positive, engaged workplace.”
