Worcestershire-based HR consultancy celebrates its 15th year in business
Award-winning Worcestershire based HR consultancy, CheringtonHR, celebrates 15 years of providing people management support to businesses across Hereford and Worcester.
Founded by experienced HR Consultant, Helen Astill, in 2006, the firm is renowned for providing exemplary HR consultancy support to businesses across the West Midlands region, servicing over 220 different employers in the UK, as well as to companies in USA, Australia, France, Switzerland, Austria, Germany and Italy on matters related to UK employees.
Helen said: “Since launching Cherington HR, we have helped a large variety of businesses throughout the UK improve performance by dealing with people management situations and resolving immediate issues within the workplace.
“I am, therefore, delighted to be able to mark our 15th year in business. The pandemic has meant the past year has been the most demanding yet, but it has been extremely rewarding to see my clients survive the difficult trading conditions.
“To celebrate this milestone, we have big plans to launch new services for clients over the next few months to enhance the support we provide.”
Boasting an excellent client retention rate of over 95%, CheringtonHR has become one of Worcestershire’s leading HRconsultancies. The firm has a wealth of experience in all aspects of practical human resource management and development, and has worked for clients in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
The HR consultancy has a number of impressive accolades to its name, which include being shortlisted three times in the Hereford and Worcester Chamber Awards for business start-up on the year; service excellence, and excellence in professional services categories. Helen has also been awarded HR professional of the year (West Midlands) at the Influential Businesswoman Awards 2020.
