New Taiwan-inspired noodle shop set to sizzle in Shoreditch
A London restaurant has announced that it will be opening up a new noodle shop in Shoreditch.
BAO, which has three venues across London, has revealed that it will be opening its new venue, BAO Noodle Shop, on Redchurch Street.
The shop, which will open in early July, is inspired by the beef noodle shops in Taiwan, and will also serve vegan options and cocktails.
This comes ahead of the opening of its BAO Fitz site, which will open its doors in September this year.
Founder and creative director Erchen Chan, commented: “Beef noodle is a national obsession in Taiwan with annual competitions taken very seriously over there, so we wanted to bring these comforting bowls to London and make them with the very best ingredients.
“I’m looking forward to introducing our new BAOBING desserts as well - they remind me of hot, humid days on the streets of Taipei.”
