Accommodation firm to open two flagship hotels in Liverpool this summer
Town Hotels, the hospitality division of Liverpool-based property development company Living Brick, will open two flagship hotels this summer.
Town Hotels opened their Duke Street Boutique Hotel in May and the company will also launch the Baltic Triangle’s first hotel in July.
The Duke Street Hotel is a 30 bedroom boutique hotel which has a raw, urban design with a luxury finish and ultra-modern facilities in all of the rooms.
The company will also launch the Baltic Triangle’s first hotel in July after investing around £7million into the project.
It will include ‘Shoreditch style’ dining facilities and bars, in a nod to the similarities between London’s trendy East End and the city’s burgeoning Baltic area.
All of the 58 guest rooms, in the former factory and warehouse building, will showcase original features complemented by ultra-modern in-room facilities.
Kevin Doran, founder of Town Hotels, said:
“We are delighted to be opening two fantastic hotels this summer. The Duke Street Hotel has had amazing feedback so far from our guests since opening in May.
“Both hotels will offer contemporary, hip designs which are very much in keeping with the feel of the Baltic and Ropewalks areas of Liverpool.
“Work on the Baltic is nearing completion will be a destination in its own right. We can’t wait to welcome our first guests next month.”
