Digital Space strengthens UC&C offering with new strategic partnership
Leading managed services provider, Digital Space has today announced a strategic new partnership with 8x8, helping to strengthen its Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) technology offering.
The partnership with 8x8, a global provider of cloud communication solutions, will further complement Digital Space’s existing portfolio, which comprises best of breed technology solutions across multiple industry-leading partners. Customers will be able to benefit from enhanced UC&C opportunities as well as additional resource and expertise.
Most notably, Digital Space’s customers will now be able to leverage 8x8 Experience Communications as a Service (XCaaS), which includes fully integrated, cloud-native contact centre, voice, team chat, and meetings capabilities, helping businesses and their contact centres to positively transform how and where they communicate.
Neil Muller, CEO at Digital Space, said: “As a result of our close working partnerships with industry-leading vendors, we are able to provide our customers with world-class IT solutions across our connected and productive spaces and I am proud to announce that our best of breed portfolio will now be further complemented by 8x8’s solutions.
“8x8’s capability provides true global reach for delivering UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, which will integrate with and work alongside our customers’ existing digital portfolios to successfully enable change and drive business growth. I am excited to see how our customers will benefit from the new partnership.” As part of the current agreement, Digital Space will also benefit from a dedicated Channel Partner Manager, Account Manager, and Solution Consultant, to further support customer requirements.
“Our partners have built strong, trusted customer relationships that are instrumental to the success of our channel-first strategy,” said Keith Jackson, Senior Director, EMEA Channel at 8x8, Inc. “As the channel helps guide organisations to move from legacy, on-premises communications and customer engagement systems to the cloud, we look forward to partnering with Digital Space. The 8x8 XCaaS integrated cloud communications, collaboration and contact centre platform presents our partner community with a major growth opportunity to take advantage of this transformational shift to support new hybrid work requirements.”
The partnership with 8x8 is the latest in a number of strategic moves by Digital Space to enhance it service offering for customers. Last month, the IT provider unveiled its own strategic transformation from Timico into technology platform and cloud-first solutions provider, Digital Space, following significant investment in new and advancing technologies.
Headquartered in Newark-on-Trent, Digital Space boasts an impressive portfolio of corporate enterprise and public sector organisations, with key brands including St John Ambulance, Burger King and Hall and Woodhouse.
