New restaurant opening in Sale
A new restaurant is opening in the former bakery at 70 School Road, Sale.
ATR Food Ltd has taken a 10 year lease on the 3,175 sq ft ground floor and basement accommodation at a rental of £39,000 per annum.
Abed Ahmed, ATR Food, said: This is the ideal location for the new restaurant, NaNa’S Café & Grill, which we will be opening on the 30th July.
The town centre restaurant will open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Offering a wide choice of healthy meals so if a delicious burger, grilled chicken or a traditional breakfast takes your fancy you can choose to dine-in or takeaway.
Daniel Lee, managing director, Regional Property Solutions, who manage the building and let the unit on behalf of the landlord Alexandra Fox North, said: “Sale is under-going a facelift with the redevelopment of the shopping centre and with the current surge of interest in suburban locations we had a lot of enquiries for this leisure unit”.
