Pension fund appoint RPS to manage Altrincham investment
Regional Property Solutions has been appointed by North Quays Business Park Executive Pension Plan, to manage Farrow House, Atlantic Street, Broadheath Altrincham.
The 5,300 sq ft two storey mixed use building is fully let producing an income of £95,000 per annum. Zenith Commercial Fleet Solutions occupy 4,000 sq ft of offices and bakery chain, Greggs plc, occupy 1,200 sq ft on the ground floor.
Daniel Lee, managing director, Regional Property Solutions, said: “The commercial management side of the business has inevitably been very busy during the covid period. The increased activity in this sector has led to us adding just shy of 126,000 sq ft to the buildings and estates under our management umbrella with a rent roll in excess of £5M.”
