"Prestigious" Newcastle Quayside site sold in multi-million pound deal

A specialist property consultant has announced that it has secured the multi-million pound sale of a “prestigious” site at Newcastle’s Quayside.

Commercial Property Partners (CPP) has successfully facilitated a multi-million-pound deal for the sale of a multi-let office, car park and residential investment in the heart of Newcastle’s Quayside.

The mixed-use building, which was built in 2004, spans ten floors, with the first floor currently occupied by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and 92 residential apartments across the third to tenth floors.
