Shared Ownership Homes Launch at Major Hounslow Scheme
The first phase of Shared Ownership homes have launched at High Street Quarter, Hounslow.
A collection of one to three bedroom apartments, L&Q are initially launching just three homes this summer, with more to follow later in the year.
Positioned just off of Hounslow High Street, the new neighbourhood, developed by Barratt Homes – which will eventually consist of over 500 new homes – will have a multitude of retail, leisure, and transport options right on the doorstep. Built around a new public square that will include shops, restaurants, and a state-of-the-art multiplex cinema, this new buzzing heart for Hounslow will act as an extension of the nearby Blenheim Centre, creating a new property hotspot for West London.
Homes at L&Q at High Street Quarter maximise interior space with open plan layouts; each home also has a private balcony or terrace. Cycle storage and a select number of parking spaces will be available.
Hounslow Station is a short walk from High Street Quarter, connecting residents to London Waterloo in just 40 minutes by train. Heathrow Airport is just a ten minute journey on the Piccadilly line from nearby Hounslow East tube station. Residents looking to travel by road will have access to the Zipcar Club located at the development.
