New Talent Fashion announce partnership with drINKs networking events
New Talent Fashion (NTF) - the innovative platform pioneering outreach and connectivity for the wider fashion world – has announced its partnership with drINKs, events industry networking nights in Leeds. NTF has partnered with drINKs for their first networking event this September, providing a unique opportunity for students, creatives, events professionals and fashion industry, to network and nurture new industry contacts.
New Talent Fashion join the line-up of guest speakers on the night, and will be providing an insight into the fashion industry, with a focus on its upcoming events and continued spotlight on emerging creatives.
drINKs - by Leeds-based production company, The Ink Events Co - launched this event series to create a casual atmosphere for professionals to meet and connect. Shining a spotlight on venues across the city of Leeds, the networking events tailored for events professionals will be hosted on the first Thursday of every month.
Katie Hopkins - New Talent Fashion’s Education, Communication and Events Manager - shares the importance of networking and their partnership with drINKs this September:
“In the creative industry, networking is crucial. Forming connections early on in your career is vital and can open up a plethora of opportunities for the future - it’s something we talk about often here at New Talent Fashion and urge our community of students to start sooner rather than later.
“We’re delighted to introduce NTF to Leeds and work with drINKs to support the creatives industry in the city - connecting fashion and event professionals for an evening of sharing connections and industry wisdom.”
The first drINKs event will take place on the 2nd of September at The Wardrobe - a multi-functioning bar, kitchen, venue & events space in the heart of Leeds’ arts quarter.
