Bolton businessman Jonathan sparkles with diamond customer service award
A business that has over the years restored more than 10,000 ovens to near showroom condition has been recognised for its outstanding customer service. Jonathan Fry, the owner of Ovenu Bolton, and subcontractors Steven Torrance and Sean King, are celebrating after online reviews platform Trustist bestowed a diamond award on the oven valeting service – acknowledging a clean sweep of almost 1,300 maximum five-star customer ratings. Jonathan, who launched the business in 2002, said: “This business is founded on great service and there is no higher praise than the glowing testimonials from the people that matter most, our clients.” Ovenu Bolton was recognised in Trustist’s inaugural awards in its Top Performing Franchise category. Jonathan, of Westhoughton, added: “The last 17 months has been challenging, but this diamond award represents a huge vote of confidence in the business and the service we provide. “I’d like to say a big thank you to our clients because without their positive feedback, Ovenu Bolton wouldn’t have received this accolade.” Steven has been working as a subcontractor for Ovenu Bolton for five years, while Sean joined in May, as the business continues to enjoy a healthy order book. Nigel Apperley, chief executive of online reviews platform Trustist, said: “It is important to recognise that individual franchisees like Jonathan play a huge part in building a good reputation for an overall brand.” Rik Hellewell, the founder and managing director of the Ovenu network, added: “This award is testament to the fact that Jonathan, Steven and Sean provide a quality service that people trust.” As well as Bolton, the business covers Westhoughton, Horwich, Lostock, Heaton, Bromley Cross, and surrounding areas.
