Boost for BoxTop Technologies
BoxTop Technologies – part of the Freight Software Group – has expanded its Southampton office after a period of continued growth and investment in technology for the freight and logistics sector.
Established in 1995, BoxTop Technologies is a leader in freight management and supply chain software, providing technical solutions designed specifically for international freight forwarders and logistics providers.
Already with a headquarters and technical support centre in Windsor, the firm has a Southampton site (in Totton) primarily home to its commercial team and has recently welcomed colleagues from its sister company Forward Solutions.
The company outgrew its previous home and has just relocated to an office which is three times larger to house its team of four staff.
BoxTop founder Christopher Hewlett said: “Due to our continued growth, our Southampton teams have recently moved into new, larger premises, having quickly outgrown our previous office.
“This new space provides us with an excellent facility for our growing team from BoxTop and Forward Solutions to operate and offers us ample scope for continued further expansion.”
In addition to the new office investment BoxTop is currently planning its attendance at Multimodal this year at the NEC in Birmingham. BoxTop is also supporting the BIFA Freight Services Awards where it is sponsoring the Supply Chain Management Award. In its 33rd year, the BIFA awards encourage and reward high standards and recognise achievements in different sectors of the freight industry.
