Yorkshire property management and lettings agency launches to "transform" sector
A national online property management and lettings agency has been launched in Yorkshire.
Prop Home has been launched in Sheffield by owners Paul Harrison and David Wright who collectively have more than 40 years’ experience in the property management industry.
Paul and David hope it will ‘transform’ the way rented homes are managed, bridging the gap of where it recognised landlords were missing out.
The service is aimed at professional landlords and claims to be very transparent, especially around fees. At the same time, it hopes to give tenants a ‘simple and effective’ way to access information and contact the company.
Paul Harrison, CEO of Prop Home, has used his 25 years’ experience in management, development and renovation in developing the company. He said: “We have been working closely with private landlords for many years and based on their feedback, have built from scratch a service which meets their needs exactly.”
He continued: “Landlords are looking for a personal, responsive service backed by a sophisticated online platform which they can access at their convenience giving them all the information they need about their properties.”
David Wright, chief operating officer of Prop Home, said: “What we are offering is a really flexible service where landlords have the option of accessing one or two services if they just need a little extra help, right through to a fully manage service where we take care of everything.”
He continued: “We will keep our rates low as we don’t have expensive offices in city centre locations. We’re really excited about what this means for landlords across the UK and beyond.”
