Two key employees with housebuilder Persimmon Homes have been promoted, Former sales director Martin Crick has been named Managing Director (designate) of Persimmon Homes South East, while Natasha Stevens is promoted to Head of Sales, moving from the Thames Valley region where she was sales manager.

He said: “Martin and Natasha are both valued employees who have demonstrated genuine loyalty and commitment so we are delighted to reward their hard work with these promotions.

“As a company we recognise the importance of supporting and developing staff to provide the best possible service to our customers while enabling them to progress in their careers.”

Martin Crick, who live in West Sussex, joined Persimmon in June 2016 from Bloor Homes and has more than 40 years of experience in the housebuilding industry.

“My immediate focus is to continue the strides Persimmon is making in delivering good quality new homes with a high level of customer service and satisfaction,” he said.

“Coming from a sales background I know that we have an excellent product here in the South East, building a wide choice of homes on our 11 live developments.

“The challenge for me now is to ensure best practice and efficient working across every area of the business from identifying a piece of land, through planning and construction all the way through to after sales and customer service. It is a role I am very much looking forward to.”

Natasha Stevens, 29 and from Surrey, was the Persimmon Homes Young Achiever of the Year 2017. The former British Airways cabin crew member joined Persimmon as a trainee sales advisor in July 2016 and by November the following year was a trainee sales manager.
