Gold, Silver and Bronze for Customer Experience! Leading Richmond Lettings Team Win a Hattrick of Awards

The Olympic and Paralympic games in Tokyo may be over, but Parkgate Estates, a leading Richmond based Estate Agent, are celebrating this week. They have just won gold, silver and bronze awards for outstanding customer experience for property lettings in the Richmond area.

James Bennett won the Gold award, Klaudia Osiecka won the Silver award and Susie Hart took the Bronze for a clean sweep in Richmond for lettings in 2021. The allAgent People Awards for Outstanding Customer Experience are awarded every year across the UK to people who gain an exceptional level of customer feedback.

Parkgate believe these awards help to underline their commitment as a truly independent estate agent to change perceptions of working with an estate agent, by constantly striving to improve their customer service and create a positive and memorable experience for all their clients. These latest awards are a great addition to the twelve Best Agent allAgent awards won by Parkgate over the last three years.

Since Parkgate Estates started in 1976, they have always put their clients at the centre of everything they do. Their focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience has been recognised many times, achieving awards for best letting agent 6 times in a row and having achieved an overall 5-star rating on the allAgent site thanks to 305 5-star reviews left by their customers.
