Centrick unlocks four new Estate Management Instructions

The West Midlands’ leading property expert, Centrick, has successfully secured four new estate management instructions: St Martins Place, Axium, Jupiter 4 and I-land. With a total of 7,941,022 residential units falling under its management, these latest appointments see Centrick further expand its Building & Estate management portfolio within the region following a suite of successes during the past 12 months.

Ideally situated within the city centre, all four developments boast excellent transport links for commuters as well as convenient access to a host of Birmingham’s best retail, leisure and hospitality destinations. What’s more, St Martins Place, The Axium and Jupiter 4 also boast extensive on-site concierge services.
