Jaden Osborne wins the Ancillary Back Office Award at the Kent Care Awards in recognition of his outstanding work in encouraging people to apply for roles in the social care sector.

The Workforce Officer from Hilton Nursing Partners impressed judges so much with his new way of tackling the social care recruitment crisis, his success pioneering recruitment strategies, and his subsequent success and recruiting the right staff into the community based care provider’s business.
