Show homes open in Middlesbrough on new 238 property development
A Yorkshire property developer has unveiled three brand-new show homes at its Elderwood Grove site in Hemlington, Middlesbrough.
The Taylor Wimpey development began construction on 238 new homes in April 2021.
Buyers in the area are now able to book a show home viewing through the sales team and take a look at three different house types: the Colton, Gosford and Easedale.
Steven Ball, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire, said: “We’re glad that the opening weekend of our new show homes was so successful, and we were able to welcome 15 potential buyers to the development.
“We’ve worked hard to create a contemporary selection of show homes at Elderwood Grove and we’re delighted that we’re now taking bookings for viewings.”
Steven continued: “For anyone considering making a move to a new home or would like to visit one of our brand-new show homes, please get in touch with the sales team at Elderwood Grove, who would be more than happy to offer advice and information on the properties available.”
