Healthwatch Rates Prospect House Care Home
Healthwatch Cheshire have published their ‘Residents’ and Friends and Relatives’ Experiences of Care Homes during the Coronavirus (COVID-19)’ report to the delight of the Prospect House team who are proud of the feedback received.
Receiving first-hand feedback from residents, friends and relatives the report findings praised the care home for its good communication during the pandemic.
Sarah Stroud Registered Manager at Prospect House Nursing and Care Home says: “We have really welcomed the report by Healthwatch Cheshire. It’s testament to how hard we worked during the pandemic to keep those we care for and support, and their families, informed, in touch and cared for. It wasn’t always easy but knowing people appreciate our work has makes us feel proud as we recover from what was a terribly shocking situation.”
Healthwatch Cheshire, the local independent consumer champion for health and care services. As part of their core activity they seek the views and experiences of residents and their relatives about how health, care and wellbeing services are delivered.
