Mi Crow partners with global Fintech specialist as it secures Canadian partner
A Harrogate-based video training provider, with partners across the globe, has secured a major deal with Canadian managed services giant, CPQi.
Mi Crow creates bite-sized courses covering a wide range of skills from Microsoft, Gmail and Cyber Security, through to mental health and wellbeing, sales and customer care.
By allowing full customisation, its partners can offer the training content to their employees, customers or even their prospects as an added value resource.
The deal will give CPQi’s 250+ employees across the globe access to Mi Crow’s suite of training resources via their own fully-branded online hub.
Headquartered in Canada, with offices across the USA, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Mexico and Nova Scotia, CPQi works exclusively with financial markets, offering nearshore services that reduce costs and improve workflows for complicated major platforms.
** Terry Boyland, CEO of CPQi states:**
Our top draw performance comes from the application of our values. Education is an important value to us and we invest heavily in the growth of our team.
As a services company, the true difference between CPQi and our competitors is our people. We are proud to be able to offer our team, and by extension, our clients, a truly unique training platform they can leverage from wherever, and whenever, they want.
The CPQi deal comes swiftly after Mi Crow’s first Australia partnership which was announced earlier this summer with Aureole Systems.
Mi Crow Co-founder Michael Shane comments;
2021 has been a busy year for Mi Crow, with a surge in online and hybrid working now combining with a renewed focus on the need to invest in your greatest assets, your people.
CPQi is a thoroughly modern organisation which has that focus on its employees at the heart of its business. That focus has helped them to provide incredible service to some of the biggest names across the globe and we are proud to be working in partnership with them.
