Office deal done in Rugby
An international company has agreed a deal on new office premises in the Warwickshire town of Rugby.
The business has taken the 5,691 sq ft Bernhard Court building, on Bilton Road, after the property was marketed by regional commercial property specialists Holt Commercial. Chris Hobday, Associate Director at Holt Commercial, said the deal shows signs of returning confidence in the office market in the region.
He said: “We are very pleased to have reached this deal on behalf of our client.
“Many office-based businesses are now reassessing the way they will work in the future as working from home became the norm for so many over the past 18 months.
“There is no doubt that, for many, seeing every member of staff back in the office five days a week might be a thing of the past. However, there is no question that moving forward most businesses will want a central location for staff to interact and work together.
“This deal shows confidence in this way of working and the regional office market and we expect more and more businesses will be making similar moves in the coming months and years.”
