London accountancy firms merge for "new growth opportunities"
A London accountancy firm RDP Newmans has merged with Harrow company Atkins & Partners, as it seeks new growth opportunities.
The new partnership sees RDP Newmans merge with the practice and take on its clients, as well as the firm’s partner, Atul Thanawala.
Atkins & Partners offered a range of accountancy, taxation and consultancy services, including management consultancy, mergers, acquisitions and disposals and business valuations.
Speaking about the firm’s latest merger, RDP Newmans’ managing partner, Paresh Radia said: “Atkins & Partners is a great fit for our firm as we continue to grow and seek out new clients in the UK and overseas.
“We offer a wide variety of services to our existing clients and are looking forward to getting to know our new clients more so we can tailor our services to them. The additional expertise and passion that Atul brings is also welcome and ensures that we can maintain the highest levels of client care.”
It is hoped the merging of Atkins & Partners and RDP Newmans will open the firm to up innovative services, including cloud accounting advice and software.
