Everything Tech Acquires Unite Manchester
Leading Managed IT Services provider, Everything Tech, has acquired Unite Manchester in a move to increase its North West market share, industry diversity, and opportunity.
The acquisition has resulted in Everything Tech’s customer base and staff number increasing alongside its expertise offering. The deal sees Unite’s Neil Critchlow join the Everything Tech team as Senior Technical expert, responsible for overseeing the service delivery of Unite’s existing client base, as well as working across Everything Tech’s wider business.
Lee Wrall, Everything Tech’s Sales and Marketing Director, commented: “Unite’s proactive approach to customer service and the broader IT support sector is very similar to Everything Tech’s – we share the same values and culture, so for us, this was a match made in heaven and an obvious choice for our first acquisition.”
Ruth Hall, Managing Director at Everything Tech, added: “We are delighted to announce our first acquisition, and Unite Manchester presented the perfect opportunity for us. We are a year through our ambitious growth plan and well on track. The whole Everything Tech team is delighted about joining forces with Unite Manchester.
“As a business we are focused on working with customers who want to improve their businesses using effective digital transformation. Neil and Unite share this goal. 2021 has been a great year for us and we can’t wait to see what 2022 brings.”
As part of the acquisition, Unite Manchester will continue to run as a separate entity for the short term. This will see the two IT companies able to cross deliver unrivalled expertise to their customers across a broad range of industry sectors.
As experts in Microsoft Modern Workplace and a certified Gold Microsoft Partner, the Everything Tech team also works with businesses to deliver entire IT infrastructure and digital transformation programmes including IT support, cyber security, Unified Communications training, and disaster recovery.
