Four star success for Bromwich Hardy
Leading commercial property agency Bromwich Hardy is celebrating after scooping four new awards for its work from one of the industry’s most respected names.
The Coventry-based agency has clinched four new trophies from CoStar – the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces.
It was named the most active single branch agency in the West Midlands for the number of industrial acquisitions and disposals, won the office awards for being the most active single branch agency in Coventry for both the number and size of acquisitions and disposals and also scooped the Coventry award for being the most active disposal agent.
Bromwich Hardy founding partner Tom Bromwich said he was delighted with the latest successes.
“It is particularly pleasing to win this recognition from such an authoritative and well-respected source as CoStar, who play such an important and valuable role in the commercial property sector.
“There has been much talk about the industrial and office market being in crisis as a result of the pandemic, but our superb team of highly-experienced professionals continue to deliver first-class results for our clients.
“Although much of our work is centred on Coventry and the West Midlands, we are increasingly working across a much broader geographic footprint, concluding deals all over the country.
“All our work at Bromwich Hardy is centred on delivering commercial results for our clients and these awards speak volumes for the way we are succeeding in that mission.” Bromwich Hardy is one of the country’s largest independent commercial property agencies, regularly featuring in independent lists of the most active firms in the industry.
