Newcastle digital transformation specialist goes global with new partnership

Newcastle upon Tyne headquartered digital transformation specialist whyaye has announced a new partnership with Helsinki based Employee Experience Management Platform provider HappySignals.

The partnership will see the two companies use a human-centric approach to IT service management to align IT systems and processes around hard user experience data in order to recognise the holistic IT landscape, and ensure experiences and personnel performance are optimised.

Founded by Maureen Robson Norman, Anna Bisset and Lisa Smith, whyaye’s team has extensive experience of delivering IT transformation, business change and operational resilience for global financial services institutions, FMCG organisations, and multinational technology companies. Its clients include Danske Bank and Solutionize Global.

HappySignals, which was founded in 2014, offers a platform which makes experience data visible, understandable and connected to operational data in IT, enabling enterprises to change their culture to be more open, outcome-focused and data-driven. Its platform has been used in 130 countries and has discovered the experiences of 2m employees.

Maureen Robson Norman, CEO of whyaye, said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with HappySignals, a fast-growing company which, like ourselves, has a highly energetic approach and puts fun and positivity at the forefront of everything it does.

“We believe in using a collaborative, transparent and honest approach to achieve real results. Working with HappySignals will give us a deeper insight into user experiences and this will enable us to drive change more effectively throughout the businesses we support, and embed new ways of working into the DNA of organisations.

“The HappySignals platform complements ServiceNow very well and gives organisations a greater understanding of user experiences, and the ability to benchmark against other global businesses.

Sami Kallio, HappySignals CEO and co-founder, said: “Our experience management platform for IT is heavily focused in the ServiceNow eco-system, so it was important we found the right partners who focus on customer outcomes and I am excited to be partnering with whyaye, who are not only a great company with big ambitions, but culturally a perfect fit.

“We need partners who are engaged and can deep dive into the experiences of end users and can help manage customer outcomes. Our truly collaborative approach will bring happiness to many customers.”
