Leading Bury Creative Agency Celebrates Industry Success While Going from Strength to Strength

The team at Bury-based Think is celebrating after scooping three top industry awards and being named as the best digital agency in the country (under 40 staff).

The global awards, held by industry title The Drum, recognises best practice, the best companies and the best people from across the marketing and communications industry. Think were also named Best Service Delivery Agency Winner, Best Web Design Agency Winner and Best Creativity & Innovation Agency.

These latest awards follow a period of significant change and growth over the last 18 months. Not only has the team doubled in size but it has also moved to a new studio in Whitefield and won 15 new clients!

Company founder, Paul Grogan, said: “The last 18 months has given us the opportunity to re-focus our offering as a full-service creative consultancy.

“To support our clients further, we’re now working with a strategic partner, to deliver audience research activities that inform our brand and marketing work. We’ve also hired four specialists across SEO, Social and Design to strengthen our digital marketing offer.”

Think works across various industries including construction, manufacturing, professional and business services, education, healthcare, not for profit and many more.

In the last 18 months, the team has produced an impressive array of work including: creating 17 brand identities, 50 company brochures, 38 new websites and developed 24 SEO strategies.

The climate is tougher than ever, and more businesses are looking closely at their content marketing strategies to grow their organic channels and become less reliant on PPC lead generation.

Paul added: “Our clients (existing and potential) have realised that they can have access to a cross functional marketing team that spans SEO, social, PPC, copywriting, strategy, design and project management – at a fraction of the cost of hiring these skills inhouse.

It’s an exciting time for Think due to the exponential growth of the agency. It’s continuing to grow the team with ongoing recruitment while also investing in nurture its existing talent.
