Government department begins procurement process for new data collection portal
Following a review, the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has begun work to procure a replacement for its NROSH+ data collection portal.
RSH has now published its contract notice and pre-qualification questions, commencing the formal procurement process to find a supplier to deliver the new system.
Registered providers of social housing use NROSH+ to submit financial and statistical survey data to RSH. The data collected, and the portal, are critical in allowing RSH to assess risks, tailor our engagement and ensure compliance with the standards.
Current users of NROSH+ should continue using the existing system, which is expected to remain in place until at least March 2023. RSH will contact users about any changes to the system in due course.
RSH aims to be in a contract with a preferred supplier by April 2022, the system will be developed and built before a planned implementation in 2023.
The pre-qualification questions stage is due to run until 20 December 2021 for any interested suppliers.
