Chartered surveyor joins forces with London estate agents to continue growth

A chartered surveyor and estate agent has entered into new partnerships with Peter James and Sebastian Roche in south east London.

DEXTERS has aligned with Peter James and Sebastian Roche who provide sales, lettings and new homes services. Established in 1998, Peter James has offices in Blackheath, Lee, New Cross and Brockley whilst Sebastian Roche, established in 2000, has offices in Forest Hill and Lewisham.

The new partnerships is part of DEXTERS plans to expand its current London network, popular with families and young professionals. DEXTERS also recently joined forces with one of south east London’s oldest established and most famous estate agents, Roy Brooks.

DEXTERS has maintained consistent growth, increasing revenue at 15 per cent per year over the last 10 years with turnover reaching £109m in 2020. DEXTERS has a consistent track-record of providing first class service with its many thousands of Google ratings averaging 4.9 out of 5.

DEXTERS began life in 1993 as a single office in Twickenham and has grown to become the capital’s leading estate agent with a global profile and recognised by peers as a trusted operator in the highly competitive London property market.

Andy Shepherd, CEO of DEXTERS said: “These new partnerships with Peter James and Sebastian Roche will strengthen our market presence in south and south east London. We have long been an admirer of both businesses which have excellent local market knowledge and talented staff, who we very much look forward to working with.

“DEXTERS has a distinctive approach to the industry combining a strong local presence, hard work and “feet on the ground” approach.

“This combination has made us the market leader in London for sales, lettings, and property management. We have the resources to free up the local offices so they can focus fully on their clients and their property needs.”

DEXTERS plans further expansion into the capital’s new homes, build-to-rent sectors, and the corporate and international lettings market and to grow its online presence with social-media marketing.
