Angela Bryant has been named as the Winner of Product Creator of the Year at the 2021 Digital Women Awards
At a glittering ceremony in London last week (Thursday 25th November), Angela took home the top spot for Product Creator of the Year for her website Angel Rated.
Angela was selected from a shortlist of incredible female entrepreneurs based on the standout product that she has created for her community, alongside her ability to pivot her business and help others in need in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns.
Angel Rated, founded by Angela in 2019, is an independent review site for online businesses and is the first of its kind. The website helps them to find the perfect service or person for the next stage of their growth, in a time-efficient and informed manner. The platform also provides increased visibility and independent reviews for the businesses listed and offers reviewers the opportunity to share their knowledge and experience of the different products and services.
Angela said of the award: “I couldn’t be more thrilled. I founded Angel Rated when I was establishing a separate online business, and realised that there was nowhere for me to read independent reviews of the various tools, courses, and coaches I wanted feedback on - so I created that space! It is my hope that as Angel Rated grows, it helps more business owners to cut through the noise of the online space, and reduces the risk of what is currently an unregulated industry.”
Angela has also been selected as one of Digital Women’s “40 Women to Watch”, recognising her outstanding achievements in the digital world as well as her efforts to help others in the wider community.
Lucy Hall, Director of Avviso Media and Founder of Digital Women, said: “This is a particularly important time to celebrate businesswomen, entrepreneurs and all people in digital industries, as the pandemic has been transforming the digital space and everyone has had to pivot, change and grow in response. Our winners showcase those who are right on the forefront of digital: those who are an inspiration and are paving the way for other women in their industries.”
