Italy's favourite pasta brand miscusi launches flagship restaurant in The Yards, Covent Garden

Longmartin Properties Ltd, a joint venture between Shaftesbury and the Mercers’ Company, has announced that Italy’s favourite pasta restaurant, miscusi, has officially opened its debut UK flagship location and first restaurant outside of Italy at The Yards, Covent Garden.

miscusi’s 4,190 sq ft debut UK restaurant opening at 23 Slingsby Place, launches the first phase of the brand’s international expansion across Europe and joins its 12 sites in Italy. Committed to achieving its social and environmental goals, miscusi Covent Garden is the UK’s first restaurant to introduce a ground-breaking new concept that rewards customers for choosing dishes that are good for the planet. Centred around seasonal produce, miscusi’s menu champions biodiversity using a variety of grains and ingredients that are essential to supporting the ecosystem. The menu features signature dishes including ‘Pacchero Tricolore’, ‘Cacio Pepe Funghi’ and ‘Rigatoni Tonno e Pistacchi’, celebrating traditional pasta artistry to 163 covers.
