North P&I wins Brand Creation of the Year prize at North East Marketing Awards
North P&I Club’s in-house marketing team won the Brand Creation of the Year prize at the recent 2021 North East Marketing Awards. The award recognises the team’s outstanding work in creating, developing and delivering North’s refreshed brand identity: Global Service Built Around You.
Rob McInally, North’s Director of Marketing & Communications, said, “This award is testament to the unique skillset we have in-house at North. Global Service Built Around You encapsulates and communicates confidence in our service proposition and financial strength, our customer-centric approach, and the importance of our role in supporting international trade.”
Paul Jennings, Chief Executive at North, said, “Congratulations to Rob and his team for delivering so effectively on our brand strategy. North’s core purpose is to ensure that our shipowner members and clients can trade with confidence and our brand strategy certainly reflects our commitment to service across the globe.”
The North East Marketing Awards celebrate excellence within the fields of marketing, digital and PR from all industry sectors operating in the North East. The awards ceremony took place at the Civic Centre in Newcastle upon Tyne on Thursday 2 December 2021. Rob McInally (Director of Marketing and Communications) attended the awards with members of his team: Sharon Watson (Senior Executive – Internal Communications), Craig Robinson (Senior Executive – Digital), Sally Bettinson (Marketing Executive), Kim Rogerson (Senior Executive – Communications) and Katie Scott (Digital Assistant).
