London proptech acquires award-winning property reporting platform
Leading Proptech platform Plentific’s suite of digital property management solutions continues to expand with its latest acquisition of award-winning property reporting app developer TouchRight Software.
TouchRight is a York based mobile solution founded in 2012 by Terry and Rachel Lightfoot. Used by over 500 clients across the UK, the software’s capabilities have demonstrated a reduction in their operational overhead by as much as 50 per cent.
Contractors can use the platform to create a host of bespoke property inspection reports, including inventories, midterms, check-ins, check-outs, HMO, and Legionella Risk Assessments with a few simple clicks.
By incorporating TouchRight’s technology into its platform, Plentific will expand the app’s current strengths to get greater productivity from mobile devices in the field, adding additional automation and speed to its suite of repairs, maintenance, compliance and voids solutions.
Cem Savas, CEO and co-founder of Plentific, said: “We’ve had a phenomenal year of growth, with a Series C funding round helping us more than double headcount to over 200 employees and empowering us to build more client services.
“We have only just scratched the surface of a $2.5 trillion potential market opportunity, and the acquisition of TouchRight will enhance our service to landlords and better enable us to capitalise on this potential.”
Rachel Lightfoot, a co-founder at TouchRight Software, adds: “We are excited that Plentific will now take TouchRight on the next stage of its journey. This is a great move for all parties, and our existing customers will benefit from a great deal more functionality as part of the Plentific platform.”
