Centrick makes move to welcome new Land Manager
Centrick, the Midlands-based property specialist, has further bolstered its position as the region’s leading Land & New Homes agency by appointing Luke Dennis as its new Land Manager. Bringing extensive experience in residential real estate, the independent firm is confident that Dennis’ new appointment will continue to cement Centrick as market leaders and accelerate its growth plans for 2022 and beyond.
With over a decade of experience working in the property industry – having most recently held the position of New Homes Area Manager at Shipways, Sequence UK LTD – Luke is set to bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to his new role. With his extensive experience, Centrick is confident that Luke will play a pivotal role in the future strategy development and expansion of their burgeoning Land & New Homes team.
Commenting on his appointment, Luke said:

One of the Midlands leading estate agents, Centrick’s Land & New Homes team has grown rapidly following a series of key appointments during the last six months; including Lara Angell joining the team as a New Homes Consultant, alongside Mei Clark as an International Investment Consultant.
Having worked alongside several of the region’s top developers within the past 12 months, the expert team most recently sold out 64 units at Elevate Property’s Group Sheldon Court development. What’s more, the property expert also unlocked instructions for Damson Homes’ Callowside Gardens in Rubery and Regents Court in Shirley, as well as Investin PLC’s Solihull-based development, Broadoaks.
