Kacchi London celebrates first anniversary with launch of new packaging
Ayurvedic food accompaniment brand, Kacchi London, is celebrating its first anniversary by unveiling new packaging for its range of savoury condiments and marinades.
The brand, which was founded by young entrepreneur, Aradhana Bhandari, during the pandemic, is now offering its range of vegan flax seed and curry leaf powders in 8.5g [one tablespoon] sachets.
Packaged up into individual servings, the compact sachets aim to help reduce food waste and can be easily transported, allowing customers to add a nutritious boost too their meals on the go.
Aradhana was inspired to launch Kacchi London due to her own struggles with digestive health and her grandfather’s commitment to eating well following a difficult health spell.
In just a year since launching, the brand has already attracted attention from the likes of GQ India and Hindustan Times – one of India’s largest daily newspapers – and has received praise from numerous wellness influencers and nutritionists around the globe.
Aradhana Bhandari, founder of Kacchi London, said: “I decided to launch KacchiLondon during the pandemic after noticing the way natural Ayurvedic ingredients positively impacted my own health and digestion and, one year on, I couldn’t be prouder of what we have already achieved as a brand. “Many of our loyal customers lead busy lives and we received demand for new packaging which would make the products easy to enjoy on the go, whilst being more environmentally friendly and reducing food waste.
“We have received really positive feedback so far and can’t wait to see what else is in store for the brand throughout 2022 and beyond.”
Using unprocessed Indian ingredients and family recipes commonly applied in ayurvedic healing throughout south Asia, all Kacchi London products and are free from preservatives, sugar, oil and artificial colouring.
