OHC Architects has appointed Ana Dexeus Aleixandre as its Managing Architect from internationally award winning architects Chapman Taylor which marks the firm’s first major senior appointment.

James Brecknock, Director of OHC Architects said: “Ana is a tremendously talented architect. She is professional, shares our values of integrity, talent and teamwork and is motivated to complete projects to a high standard. I’m delighted that she has decided to join OHC Architects.”

Ana has worked on award-winning developments such as Gallions Quarters and St Andrews Park in London and her appointment follows OHC Architects’ plans to strengthen its presence across England’s cities and regions and to open operations in Europe.

Ana Dexeus Aleixandre, Managing Architect of OHC Architects said: “I am delighted to join OHC Architects at this key point in its development as a future leading company in the sector. With the principles of sustainability, smart design and high quality finishes, we aim to develop unique homes for people not only to live in but to socialise, relax and work out as well.

“Being originally from Spain, I have always valued clean lines, simple design and natural materials when it comes to the architectural design, and this is something I totally share with James. Together and with the rest of the team, we are looking forward to growing and succeeding in the near future.”

Since launching, OHC Architects has established themselves as a developer friendly and design led architectural firm, focusing on projects in London, Southern Counties and the North West.

OHC Architects have been appointed on several luxury apartments in Kendal and Derbyshire.
