Menzies LLP makes record number of partner promotions to kick-start 2022
Top-25 accountancy firm, Menzies LLP, has made a record number of partner promotions to kick-start 2022 and turbo-charge its strategic growth plan.
A total of six employees have been promoted to the partnership, enriching the depth and breadth of skills and technical experience available to the firm’s clients, across a range of industry sectors.
Three of the new partners are based at the firm’s Heathrow office. Sam Goodsell is a member of the firm’s Advisory team and has gained considerable experience supporting fast-growth technology businesses. An experienced auditor, Janice Matthews is heading up the firm’s Charities and Not-for-Profit team and Sophie Said, also an audit and assurance partner, has specific experience in advising small and medium-sized businesses in the transport & logistics sector.
Based at the firm’s London office, Sarah Hallam is an audit and assurance partner with specialist knowledge of the retail and financial services sectors. Also promoted to the partnership, Oliver Finch heads up the firm’s Outsourcing and Systems Advisory team. Based at the firm’s Woking office, he works closely with businesses to support them in developing systems and reports to facilitate senior-level decision making.
The final promotion sees Anthony Lalsing become a tax partner, based at the firm’s Leatherhead office. He specialises in advising businesses on how to make the most of available R&D tax reliefs and allowances.
