First Internet powers Peel Cubico Renewables

Manchester digital marketing agency First Internet has created the website for Peel NRE and Cubico Sustainable Investments’ new renewable energy venture, Peel Cubico Renewables.

The two leading companies in the renewable energy sector formed a partnership last year to develop more onshore wind and solar photovoltaic (PV) projects across the country, to support the UK’s decarbonisation agenda.

First Internet has created the digital platform for the partnership, which will showcase the range of projects being developed and form the basis of the whole marketing programme, helping Peel Cubico Renewables reach its target of delivering more than 500MW of onshore renewable energy projects over the next five to 10 years.

Rob Tate, development director for energy at Peel NRE, part of Peel L&P, said that in working together, the two companies, “can scale up and increase the pace of which we can provide the country with more renewable energy generation.”

Andy Fairley, digital marketing manager at Peel L&P added: “We were delighted with the vision and strategic approach of First Internet. We are providing power that will flow to the grid or directly to end users, so it’s vital that we communicate all our projects successfully and with the widest, yet most targeted reach possible. Their expertise will ensure that our marketing is clear, concise and easy to find and use.”

Scott Baxter, director at First Internet concludes: “It’s great to be working with such well-respected organisations on something that is so worthwhile. The work carried out here will support the UK’s decarbonisation programme, supporting both national and regional targets, and it is a fantastic project to add to our portfolio.”
