Ascot Design moves into Ashurst Manor

Ascot Design, the leading architecture firm, has taken 4,752 sq ft office space in Orbit Development’s Ashurst Manor building, near Ascot on a 10-year lease.

Founded in 2003, the company is recognised for designing bespoke, luxury homes across the globe and is growing at an unprecedented rate.

Ashurst Manor will now provide quality office space to accommodate Ascot’s team of 40 specialists, with collaborative space for its people to work together on projects, as well as private areas to host video calls and meetings.

Ashurst Manor is an impressive, two-story office building that is set in three acres of stunning grounds and surrounding countryside - the rural setting was a top priority for Ascot Design in its search for new office space.

The office is also conveniently located near the amenities of Sunninghill High Street, Ascot & Sunningdale town centres, and close to the M3 and M4 motorways. In addition to its brilliant transport links, Ashurst Manor is in close proximity to a number of Ascot Design’s current developments in and around Ascot, including the exclusive Wentworth Estate.

Commenting on the move, Alex Horder, at Ascot Design said: “Ashurst Manor offers huge opportunities for our company to continue its impressive growth trajectory, and is an impressive 2,000 sq ft larger than our previous office. What’s more, its design is much more in keeping with our brand as it has stunning architectural detailing - we now have an office much more aligned with what clients expect from a top architecture practice.”

Tony Jones from Orbit Southern, added: “We are thrilled to welcome Ascot Design to Ashurst Manor. The company’s new office space is on the first floor, fitted with meeting rooms and a kitchen, plus generous on-site car parking. We worked with Alex and his team to meet their exact requirements, creating a tailored package that perfectly suits their growth ambitions. We wish them every success.”
