London property developer unveils new show apartment in “flagship” scheme
A London property developer has unveiled a new contemporary show apartment at their flagship scheme in Wandsworth.
Frasers Property UK designed the apartment, dressed by Muchmore Design, to inspire buyers looking for versatility.
The new show apartment, No 202 is within Nine Eastfields, a 14 storey building located at the Riverside Quarter. The building consists of six one-bedroom apartments, 28 two-bedroom apartments with winter gardens and 45 two-bedroom apartments with private balconies providing views over the River Thames and the River Wandle, which are now all completed.
Residents benefit from all of the existing amenities at Riverside Quarter which include a swimming pool alongside a lap pool and gymnasium at Nine Eastfields. The new building has a 24-hour estate management including concierge and porterage service and video door entry systems.
Linsey Skepper, founder and creative director at Muchmore Design commented: “We designed the show apartment at Riverside Quarter to inspire buyers looking to start a new chapter in their lives. The beautiful views over the river already give the apartments a sense of exclusivity and luxury and we set out to reflect this in the interior design.
“We created a sense of quality, desirability and authenticity throughout the show apartment whilst ensuring it feels ‘move in ready’. Showcasing the apartment as versatile for different styles of living was also important and we have incorporated this into the various zones created, such as the work from home set up.”
David Skelton, director of sales and marketing at Frasers Property UK, commented: “The new show apartment at Nine Eastfields designed by Muchmore Design reflects the tastes and expectations of buyers we have seen at Riverside Quarter with its luxury furnishings and adaptable space.
“With completion of the regeneration of the area and the production of a landmark Wandsworth scheme, Frasers Property UK are pleased to be marketing the final apartments through this fantastic show home and look forward to welcoming potential buyers through the doors to join the already thriving community at Riverside Quarter.”
