Lodge Court expands team to support rapid rise in people management pressure facing UK businesses
Lodge Court, the HR consultancy built to help businesses to get the very best from their people, has expanded its team with the appointment of Berdene Kilbride as Client Relationship Manager.
With over 16 years of client relations and project management experience across a broad of sectors under her belt, Berdene will work closely with Lodge Court’s UK leading consultancy team to grow the business and support clients as the pressures of HR and people management continue to grow. These pressures include:
- How to find a hybrid working solution to suit everyone’s needs
- Recruitment, onboarding and the latest trend in people accepting job offers only to continue their job search in case something better comes up
- How to restore a company culture post covid-19
- How to spot the warning signs of burnout and what to do about it
- How to embrace technology for the better
- How to manage the cost of living increase
- And much more.
Commenting on the appointment, Ian Moore, Managing Director of Lodge Court, said, “This is a vital point in time for effective HR management because a business’ ability to overcome the disastrous impact covid-19 has had will depend hugely on how they support their people this year and beyond. With Berdene on board, we are now even better equipped to support businesses and help them thrive.”
