New Fitzrovia residential development reaches practical completion
A boutique collection of about 100 apartments in the heart of Fitzrovia, has reached Practical Completion, with residents now being welcomed to their new homes.
Each apartment at 101 on Cleveland has been designed by Assael, an award-winning architect and interior design practice, to provide its new community with a full range of private hotel-style amenities.
The development is a joint venture between Art-Invest Real Estate, ECE and Dukelease Properties.
Curated to perfectly complement contemporary life in central London, facilities include a private dining room, resident’s bar and lounge, business suite, screening room, gym and wellness suite, 24hr concierge, private parking and landscaped gardens.
British fashion retailer, Ted Baker, will also be relocating its global headquarters from King’s Cross to 101 on Cleveland in early 2022, occupying the ground and lower ground floors.
With keen interest from international and domestic markets, over 80 per cent of the development has been sold, with 20 apartments remaining for sale.
Available units include a selection of penthouses each enjoying unparalleled views across London, in addition to 3-bed apartments which present an attractive opportunity for both owner occupier and investment markets.
101 on Cleveland also benefits from its proximity to Regent’s Park, one of London’s largest Royal Parks incorporating four children’s playgrounds and central London’s largest outdoor sports area, as well as numerous transport links.
Ali Abbas, MD of Art-Invest Real Estate UK, commented: “101 on Cleveland is a project we can all be very proud of, and I am delighted to take this opportunity to recognise the significant efforts from the whole project team in reaching this important milestone.
“The team has delivered a truly exceptional building. Its bespoke quality and attention to detail has been recognised and well received by the market. It is a privilege to realise our vision to deliver best-in-class residences in one of London’s most desirable locations.”
