Sunderland energy consultancy celebrates first anniversary

Utilink Consulting is celebrating their first anniversary. The Sunderland based company helps organisations of all shapes and sizes with their gas, electricity and water needs.

Utilink Consulting also uses modern methods of energy management to help clients find the best energy solutions for their business. It seeks focused results from years of experience in the energy industry, helping clients reach their goals through strategic relationships with customers and energy suppliers.

During their first year, Utilink Consulting helped over 400 customers, and generated around 80 five star Trustpilot reviews. The company saved their customers in total over six figures on renewals, CCL/VAT payments and incorrect billing and offered incentives to its staff ranging from spa days to new tech equipment.

Utilink Consulting has also partnered with several companies to offer “as much as they can” to customers including energy management solutions, broadband and telephony services, EV charging points and heat pumps.

In year two, Utilink Consulting aims to get to more than 30 staff members, reach 1,000 customers, reach 250 five star Trustpilot reviews, increase incentives and benefits offered to staff, develop their company brand, and continue to generate savings for their customers.

Most importantly, the firm aims to help its customers navigate through “unprecedented times” across the energy and utility sector by guaranteeing a 24 hour SLA on responses with customer queries.
