People advisory firm opens Manchester office to support growth
People advisory firm New Street Consulting Group (NSCG) has opened its first office in Manchester to support its growth in the North West.
The London-headquartered business relocated its Harrogate office to Wellington Place in Leeds last year to accommodate an expanding team and is now making key hires throughout Manchester and the North West.
NSCG is recruiting across its Manchester-based talent acquisition and consultancy teams, which work with a range of organisations across the region. The firm helps companies to grow and develop teams through executive recruitment, mentoring and coaching, and leadership assessment and consultancy solutions.
CEO Doug Baird said: “Manchester is renowned for its entrepreneurial spirit and innovation in business. This is being increasingly seen in how organisations approach the development and recruitment of talent. They are prioritising data, insights and strategies that accelerate the growth of the best talent to help them to get ahead of markets and remain agile amidst uncertainty.
“Across sectors, the North West has been thriving throughout what have been challenging times. Never has the need for strong and effective leadership been more important for the region. Opening this office will enable us to meet this demand, while supporting the delivery of our solutions to clients in the North West.”
NSCG’s Manchester team is hosting a manufacturing-focused event on 17th May, where they will be joined by Brian Holliday, Managing Director at Siemens Digital Industries and Olivia Whitlam, Head of Sustainability at Siemens to discuss ‘Decarbonisation – Your Route to Net Zero.’
