Delifonseca Dockside Goes Big On Father’s Day With Ultimate Sunday Roast
With Father’s Day just a few days away, Delifonseca Dockside has decided to go all out this year when it comes to its popular Sunday lunch menu.
As well as the Brunswick restaurant’s legendary Father’s Day breakfast, consisting of Flat Iron Steak, Fried Eggs, Sautéed Potatoes and Chimichurri Sauce, the team has created the ultimate Father’s Day Roast Dinner.
Diners can enjoy a giant Yorkshire pudding, filled with three different types of locally sourced meat, honey-glazed carrot, tender stem broccoli, delicious stuffing and lashings of gravy.
Proprietor Candice Fonseca said: “We really wanted to do something a bit different this year and to go big on the celebrations for the city’s food loving fathers and grandfathers. We’re putting all of our Sunday roast favourites into the one dish and not only does it look impressive, but it also tastes pretty special too. We reckon it’s the perfect way to thank the men in your family for all that they do.”
Delifonseca’s award winning deli also has a selection of Father’s Day gifts available, from locally brewed beers to premium spirits through to chocolate and sweet treats. Father’s Day bespoke hampers can also be made to order, using a variety of products from independent suppliers.
