Park House Take Part in Jubilee Art Initiative
Marking the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Park House Care Home participated in a local arts Jubilee arts initiative led by CIC Creative Paths jubilee cloak project.
With help from artist Rachel Scanlon, a UK based artist working in three-dimensional and installation art, staff and residents at the Care Home created Jubilee themed collages.
The collages were then brought together contributions from other care homes in the East Midlands area to create a magnificent digital printed jubilee cloak.
Anne Mirasol, Manager at Park House care Home says: “We are so pleased to have been part of this wonderful project and must thank artist Rachel Scanlon who helped us create and add our Jubilee themed collages to the final design. And doesn’t it look great on us!”
