Healthcare provider creates 120 new jobs in Hull

Cera, the digital-first home healthcare provider and one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, is recruiting for 120 new roles in Hull following a period of rapid expansion.

Cera is a technology-enabled home healthcare provider, with a team of thousands of carers and nurses delivering more than 40,000 in-person visits to patients homes every day on behalf of over 300 NHS CCGs and Local Authorities.

The company’s ‘pioneering technology’ removes the burden of manual pen and paper processes by implementing innovative technology and machine learning capabilities, in turn giving carers more time to do what they do best; care.

The positions available include care assistant, care coordinator, care quality lead and branch manager - part-time and full-time roles are available, and no previous experience is required. Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to work towards the internationally recognised QCF L2 Health and Social Care qualification.

Ian Rosner, Chief Operating Officer at Cera, commented, “a career in care is one of the most rewarding paths you can take and there is a huge demand for professional, compassionate carers in Hull and across the UK.

“The feeling of caring and making a difference to the lives of others in your city is incomparable. It doesn’t matter what stage of your career you’re at, if you’re reliable, empathetic and friendly, it’s time to consider joining the caring profession in Hull.”
