Refurbishment specialist secures five major projects in Leeds
Flexible Business Interiors (FBI), a leading fit out and refurbishment specialist, has secured five projects across Leeds city centre for the likes of CBRE, Grosvenor and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
The instructions, collectively valued at around £1.5m, include a recently completed Cat A office and reception refurbishment at City Point for CBRE, as well as improvement works to 13,000sq ft of office space and communal areas on the 4th floor of Whitehall II for Britannia Investment.
A further Cat A fit out has also recently been completed for Savills at Toronto Square where new lighting, floor finishes and decoration works have been delivered over a four-week period.
Two more commissions at 26 Whitehall and 6 Queen Street are ongoing or are due to start on site imminently, and will complete by the end of August.
Stephen Clarke, director at Flexible Business Interiors, said: “Leeds is a thriving commercial hub with an exciting commercial property scene. We are delighted to be working alongside some of the City’s leading property consultants and investment funds to help them refurbish key buildings to improve the quality of office accommodation and associated amenities on offer to the market.”
Neil Jewell, director at BNP Paribas Real Estate, added: “FBI has previously worked with us on 26 Whitehall in Leeds and is currently on site at 6 Queen Street delivering enhancements to the ground floor reception area.
“Their straight forward approach and commitment to a high-quality finish means they are an ideal refurbishment partner and we look forward to seeing the end result. They are a valuable addition to the regional market and we hope to be able to use them on further projects in the future.”
With its head office in Manchester and live projects spread across the North of England, Flexible Business Interiors employs circa 16 people. FBI specialises in the delivery of high-quality interior environments within a number of business sectors including commercial offices, education, retail and leisure.
